This Privacy Policy applies to users who access or use the Jubel.ai platform ("Platform") under an Agreement signed between their Company and us. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle your data.

Definitions

• You refers to the individual accessing or using the Platform.
• Company refers to the company or other legal entity on behalf of which you are accessing or using the Platform.

Personal Data

If your Company has signed an Agreement with us, you will be able to sign into the Platform using Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication with a third-party service provider, such as Microsoft or Google. Only your email address will be fetched from your user profile, and access to the Platform will only be granted if your email is pre-registered in Jubel.ai.

We collect and use your email address solely for authentication, communication, and security purposes to provide access to the Platform. No additional personal information is collected unless specified within the Agreement.

Data Retention

Platform account data is deleted within 30 days of contract termination. Visitor analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. Contact form or support inquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Financial/accounting records are retained for 7 years to comply with legal obligations.
